Ally provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She operates from a strengths-based perspective and approaches clients as the experts in their own lives. In recognizing the individuality of each client, Ally utilizes an eclectic practice, applying theories and modalities to best meet their needs while respecting where they are in their own process. She also works to honor and places a high priority on the therapeutic relationship. Her past experiences and interests lie in both grief/bereavement work with children and adults as well as support for new mothers.
