Lisa works with individuals, groups and families who may be experiencing any of the following: life’s myriad transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, midlife, retirement, chronic illness, meaning seeking. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Aging and Long-term Care and specializes in working with caregivers of all ages and types, recognizing the profound importance and overwhelming stress inherent in this role. In therapy, Lisa takes an integrative approach, drawing from several perspectives to inform her work. She finds this allows for deep connections with her clients, and freedom and flexibility in the therapeutic process.
