Lucia Tricomi, LMSW-CC

WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)

Lucia specializes in working with individuals across the lifespan looking to manage stress, anxiety and depression, as well as supporting individuals who are navigating trauma and life transitions including new parenthood, divorce, intimacy/relational issues, and loss. Lucia has worked in the past with neurodivergent children and has experience working in the field of addiction in both residential and outpatient settings.

Lucia believes that a strong therapeutic rapport is the most important part of therapy and works with the client to grow a safe and collaborative therapeutic space for explorations around identity, dreams and goals, growth, and desired change. Working from a strengths-based and person-in-environment perspective, Lucia weaves together a variety of modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal family Systems, and EMDR.

Lucia is a conditionally licensed social worker joining Wellspace’s 2025 fellowship cohort after working for several years as a therapist in and around the Portland, Maine area. Lucia is currently in a two-year program working towards ASSECT Certification for Sex Therapy. She has a strong desire to help individuals feel confident and satisfied in their romantic and intimate connections with others, as well as a desire to dispel common misconceptions and myths around sex, relationships, and intimacy. Lucia is also trained in EMDR and enjoys integrating this in her practice.
