She deeply believes our human drive to connect is healing and essential to life, this drives her passion for group work. Her interests are in supporting people through challenges using ACT and Clinical Hypnosis and partnering with people toward creating purpose-driven lives.

We’re human, it's messy being human. Our minds get stuck in loops, our actions don’t always line up with our values, we have deep yearnings and fears. We can’t change how our brains work - but  - we can grow our awareness, shift our perspectives, and find freedom from unhelpful loops to live a life in-line with our values.
