WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)

Hi, I’m Alexis. I’m a relationship-focused therapist who supports individuals and couples moving through times of change, growth, and uncertainty.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting both birthing and non-birthing partners through pre-conception, fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and parenting. I especially enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build friendship as they navigate the many transitions of family life.

I also work with clients feeling worn down by the state of the world—whether it’s political stress, climate anxiety, or the uncertainty of what comes next. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an outdoor educator with teens and families and as a case manager supporting vulnerable communities, experiences that continue to shape my grounded, compassionate approach.

I offer both virtual sessions and nature-based therapy, including walk-and-talk options for those who feel more at ease outdoors. However we meet, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are and exploring what matters most to you, so you can move toward more clarity, connection, and ease.
