SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
An evidence-based program developed at the Yale Child Study Center to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD and related challenges. This structured, parent-focused program empowers clients through a collaborative, step-by-step approach to help children increase their ability to handle anxiety, build resilience, and restore balance to the family.
EMDR
