WellSpace Clinician (She/They)

Many of us learn, over time, to reject and suppress emotions like anger, anxiety, sadness, or shame. But emotions are not the enemy–they are neutral messengers that invite us to meet our needs and move us toward self-leadership. When you begin the process of being actively curious about your inner world, this way of being opens the door to your wisest self.

Drawing from the transformative framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I am deeply committed to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. IFS is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that views the mind as a complex system made up of different "parts", each with its own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you identify and understand these different parts and then work with them to heal and integrate them into a more harmonious and balanced whole. This process can lead to increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

In my therapeutic practice, I embrace the fundamental principle that every part of our internal system carries wisdom and holds healing potential. By creating a nurturing and non-judgmental space, I invite clients to explore the multifaceted dynamics within their internal system, navigating through the complexities of relational patterns, attachment wounds, and unresolved traumas.
