Faye DiBella, LCSW

WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)

Faye prioritizes a trauma informed, feminist, and gender affirming lens while embracing cultural humility through her work with adults and couples.  She cultivates genuine relationships using a client-focused and strength-based approach. Faye works with clients who haven’t previously had success with traditional talk therapy and are curious about exploring Exposure based interventions. Faye focuses on treating OCD symptoms, perfectionist tendencies and clients needing support with self compassion.  Faye works with couples who are motivated to build a strong foundation through sharpening communication skills, increasing mindfulness of self and each other, deepening intimacy, or exploring a new relationship dynamic. Faye utilizes a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method, and Exposure and Ritual Prevention.

Faye has a wide range of experience including working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other forms of neurodiversity and interned as a case manager for New Hampshire’s Anti Human Trafficking Coalition. Faye has also worked within medical practices as a pediatric medical social worker and at a special purpose preschool. Faye views therapy as a holistic process that happens in the therapeutic space and beyond. She hopes to bring radical self compassion combined with the strong belief in the capacity to challenge yourself in order to bring your behaviors in alignment with
personal values.
