Hannah Faesy, LMSW-cc

WellSpace Clinician (she/her)

Hannah is a conditionally-certified social worker whose approach to therapy is compassionate, curious, and warm. She is committed to providing affirming, person- and community-centered care through work in trauma-informed and relational theories. With over a decade of experience in public education and domestic violence prevention informing her practice, Hannah aims to recognize unjust systems that impact her clients, while also supporting their resiliency and agency.

She provides therapy to teens and adults, and has experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, veterans, sexual and domestic violence, and families impacted by addiction and the foster and criminal-legal systems. Hannah has helped clients facing anxiety, self-harm, life transitions, trauma, and identity development.

Hannah’s collaborative, authentic style focuses on transparency and trust-building in the therapeutic relationship. She believes that meaningful change begins with cultivating networks of intracommunal care, and deep mutual responsibility and respect.
