Katy MacColl, LCSW

WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)

Katy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist who works with individuals and couples. She has extensive experience supporting individuals healing from acute, chronic, and complex trauma, and understands the profound ways trauma can shape identity, relationships, emotions, and the nervous system. Her approach is grounded in the belief that understanding the experiences and narratives that have shaped us creates opportunities for meaningful and lasting change. She partners with clients to identify patterns that no longer serve them and develop new ways of moving through the world that are more aligned with their values, goals, and authentic selves.

As a socioculturally attuned therapist, Katy is committed to providing affirming, inclusive care. She has worked with clients from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds and provides LGBTQ+ affirming and non-monogamy-affirming therapy. She strives to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to engage in meaningful growth.
