Milena Germon (they/she)
WellSpace Clinician
Milena is a conditionally-licensed social worker whose approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowerment-oriented. Her background in public health shapes her clinical work, which aims to acknowledge the effects of living within unjust systems and foster resilience.
In session, Milena strives to develop curiosity about where painful patterns come from and identify skills that offer relief. Though dependent on your unique needs, Milena tends to draw from: dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Milena works with adults; primarily women and LGBT+ people navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, sexual/domestic violence, and life transitions.
