Tana Forsthoefel, LMSW-CC

WellSpace Clinician

Tana Forsthoefel is a clinical social worker who works with people of all ages and backgrounds. 

She takes a relational approach to her therapy practice, grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through connection and relationship. 

She has a background in mindfulness meditation and yoga, and integrates mind-body awareness practices into her work with groups and individuals. She comes to WellSpace with experience in college mental health and intensive outpatient substance use treatment. She has also supported clients navigating major life transitions, addiction and the pathway to recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

Tana aims to create a space where clients feel supported in bringing their whole authentic selves into therapy.
